At the Rubin & Thompson Assisted Living, we believe that enrichment activities are essential to our residents’ well-being. Our staff utilizes cutting edge and exciting interactive enrichment activities. These activities stimulate and engage our residents so that they experience the utmost quality of life and enjoyment. 

Here at The Rubin & Thompson Assisted Living, we understand that it is not always possible to have full participation in each and every activity, nor will every resident be able or willing to participate. So, we bring the activities to them. Our staff provides one-on-one interaction with those residents that are unable to fully participate or just to do not feel like being part of a group. 

Examples of just a few of our wonderful actives are arts & crafts, games, parties, karaoke, sing-a-longs, interactive games, bingo, listening to music, card games, visits from school children, one-on-one interaction, days of beauty, watching movies, road trips, and going to the barn to visit our horses. On special occasions, holidays, and birthdays, we have unique activities that coincide with the special occasions and or current events.

We take pride in our staff’s exceptional ability to assist each and every resident with their activities of daily living, which are very important for the resident’s physical well-being. We also understand the importance of their emotional and mental well-being, which is why we focus on providing high level enrichment activities.
